She was knowledgeable of the product. She took her time with me because it was alot to take in. I ended up buying my mother a nice diamond bracelet all because Katina help me realize that the bracelet is something that could be past down and I have a daughter. Lauren .Rives Wow, I was really blown away with the amazing service I received today! I walked in just wondering if they’d be able to help me with a watch battery that I just got replaced a week ago at Kay Jewelers. The watch wasn’t keeping the correct time. They didn’t hesitate to take it behind the counter and take a look at it for me. They replaced the battery free of charge! Jim and David were very kind, patient, and helpful with my issue. They took their time to assist me. They did say that if the battery still doesn’t work that there may be an issue with the watch itself. But it works great now! While I was waiting for the watch to be finished, Dianne asked if I needed anything. I showed her my tarnished silver bangles she offered to clean them for me She brought them back sparkling and gave me great advice on how to clean and store the bangles. Very lovely lady! Excellent customer service! This family owned jewelry store went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!
