Stephen Dascall I received a gift I bought online in the mail and despite the website saying it was compatible with another product, it was not. I spoke to Victoria on the phone before I made the 2 hour trip to this store and she reassured me she could help me find the correct product. When I arrived, she was MORE than helpful and so nice. It is truly a refreshing experience to have good customer service and have my issue resolved quickly. Thank you Victoria!

Erin Lynch We had such a good experience here!!! I’m so grateful. My fiancé’s ring got bent out of shape due to a mishap with the dog’s collar. We just got engaged in April and were so upset. We had a terrible experience with another jeweler in Duluth, and were just trying to find someone to do this simple repair. We got it from Etsy and it’s a moss agate stone (and 14k gold) and knew it would be softer and a little harder to work with and no one seemed confident they wouldn’t ruin our ring. They made us feel so at ease and let us know they would do everything they could to take care of it and let us know what was in their ability. They were so communicative and lovely! And to top it all off, they got it done before our trip to show our friends! So grateful and will definitely be coming back here for all of our jewelry needs. Arielle P Ivie did a fantastic job giving us our first permanent jewelry. She has a great selection of chains and charms and was so accommodating. We made a reservation for 3 to 6 since there were originally 3 of us. However, 6 of us showed up and she was so gracious in allowing us all to get something. Definitely recommend going to her if you’re looking for something fun to do with friends in Atlanta.

Noelle Christensen I cannot recommend Meghan highly enough-she is INCREDIBLE!!! She worked with us to turn a family piece into something that reflected my tastes while honoring the previous women in my family that have worn these stones, and we were blown away by the final piece! Not only was Meghan thorough and attentive and paid attention to every detail I threw at her (which was a LOT!!!), but she also managed to complete my ring under a major time constraint that we placed on her! She was so very patient with all the changes and requests I had, and answered every question quickly and kindly! To say she went above and beyond for us just doesn’t seem to do her work justice! She is a brilliant artist and phenomenal person and I simply cannot praise her enough!
