Micayla Crenshaw We’ve had multiple amazing experiences with Ascot Diamonds Atlanta. Specifically we’ve worked with Angelica on each project. First was my engagement ring in 2022 when she was so patient with us during our first real ring shopping experience. She answered every question we had and let us try on any shape/style we wanted. After a few different appointments I had finally chosen a shape/style and my fiance worked with Angelica from there. The entire process was seamless and I’ve been back for regular cleanings! I’ve also had a few different custom designs made (pinky ring and bezel diamond necklace) and each of those projects was just as great of an experience as the engagement ring. I brought Angelica my design ideas and she helped bring them to life. I cannot recommend working with Angelica and ascot enough and have sent a few friends here as well. Can’t wait for my next piece!!

Jean Bean Tammy is always my go to girl!!! I bought a wedding set a year ago and could were the diamond because it was scratching my fingers! I went in for my 6 month inspection talked with her (which she sold me the set) and she listened to everything I said and I ended up with a new band that I’m in love with dearly!!! She is awesome!! Highly recommend speaking with her on any pieces you are looking for!!

accreeves143 Blackwell’s did some work on my engagement ring in 2019. I have not had occasion to visit their business since. However, recently I had a rough spot develop on my diamond, and went to Blackwell’s to have the ring looked at. They ground out the rough spot and polished it for me, and despite not having been there in 5+ years, they did not charge me for that service. The customer service was exemplary. I will make it a point to use their business in the future, and will encourage others to do so as well. A+ experience,

Sarah Jordan I truly could go far beyond the word limits of this review about Brilliant! Jamie and Katie truly made my husband and I feel like family when we were designing my engagement ring, and when we picked out our wedding bands! Not only did they make us feel at ease during the ring design process, but they helped us tell our story through our rings and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for (and within our budget). They made a stressful process fun and enjoyable, to which we will always be so grateful. They are as wonderful at their craft as they are kindhearted. My husband proudly shows off his "space ring" with the meteorite core, and we are so excited to be lifelong customers.

Cole Williams I’ve had to take my watches down for misc repairs and always very helpful. Wife’s diamond came out of her wedding band and they had it fixed up no problem. The lady I always deal with is extremely pleasant. I will definitely be back for that bigger diamond for my wife’s ring. Zero pressure from them if you ask for pricing.

Erin Wright Beyond impressed with this store and the man running it!! We took my engagement ring here to have sizing beads added, and they worked incredibly quickly to get it back to us the same day (were leaving town that night). The work was impeccable, and my ring shone like never before after they cleaned it. I will be coming back to this store for regular cleanings (any additional work needed) whenever we are back visiting family. 11/10 recommend and will be a customer for life!
