5 /5 Devorah Daniels-Kranz: My husbands 25th anniversary ring exceeded all my expectations. Jake took my drawing (see last photo), and made it into a reality. He listened patiently to all my ideas and concerns. He answered all my questions. He kept me informed and involved every step of the way. Most of all, Jake took my idea to the next level when he applied his advanced skills and tasteful artistry to the final design and manufacturing of this ring. I could not be happier with my first experience at John Ross Jewelers.

1 /5 Greg Griffin: To start with I read the reviews on this store and thats why I chose to give them a chance and I never have been so disappointed in a business like this one but this business has been so awful to do business with now heres the result I dropped off something to be repaired and after a few days I mean a week I started calling and no answer for another week and I would leave voice mails over and over for another week and got 1 call from the store and they was supposed to check on my item and get back to me and nothing again for over a week so I stopped by to get my item and take it to a some one else and I was told they just ordered the part yesterday. Over a month passed by just to tell me that it was ordered yesterday. I hope this is helpful and you make up your own mind.

1 /5 Katy Lyall: Well, my 6 year old wanted to buy a chain to make a necklace from a clip on ear ring that belonged to his great grandmother to give his sister for Christmas. The employee was exceedingly discouraging and just didn’t want to help. It seemed like she just didn’t want to find a solution to basically attach a chain to the broach. It made us sad....I went to Allen’s and they figured it out and I bought myself some earrings!

1 /5 Sam Nordlinger: I brought in a ring to get appraised. When i went back the next to pick it up the band had been cut. They ‘attempted’ to fix its but now the band is visibly more messed up then it was originally. Then they would not refund the appraisal cost despite their mess up. Would not recommend this place.

2 /5 Daniel Phillips: My wife recently had a ring sized upward here. It was a horrid experience. Where the portion inserted met with the original ring, a poor buffing job left a rough area. There is a slight budge at the same area. Near hear is a slightly thin area made obvious by budge. The shank appears to be out of round, this may or may not be an illusion due the last two defects mentioned. The portion added to increase the size is not quite plumb with the original. The ring was taken back. The jeweler did some work to smooth it out leaving the other defects intact. We initially decided to take our lumps and move on. We later decided to try to get our money back. The individual I spoke with on the phone was disrespectful and belligerent. When I went to the store initially questioning him on his behavior things were no better. The ring is currently at another jeweler for repair.
