Their store is not just any jewelry store…it is more like going to see my extended family. Every person is so caring, their jewelry is beautiful, and any repairs are done perfectly and in very timely matter. If I could give them more that 5 stars I would. And thank you for being one of the few stores to have your dressing rooms open. :) Its super frustrating to shop out of town and not be able to try clothes on at the store!

Lynette Maton This past June, my husband and I celebrated 40 years of marriage. When he proposed, he sold his prized possession - his 1977 Firebird with T-tops, to buy me a diamond. Seven years later, he gave me the ring jacket with 7 diamonds on each side for our anniversary. (first photo) The diamond never lost its brilliance, but the ring design was dated, heavy, sharp and uncomfortable and Ive wanted to change it up for a long time. After looking for a jeweler who would work with me to create a unique ring using the stones in my existing set, I chose JWO Jewelers in Roswell. Today, I got my new ring. Reset from yellow gold to white gold, the diamonds shine with a brilliance I didnt know they could have. Many thanks to Heidi and Krist who worked together to bring this plan to fruition. I could not be happier. #jwojewelers

Jane Barnes On a recent trip to Savannah, I shopped in this unique boutique. The staff was unbelievably helpful and I could have purchased way more than I did. I took my neatly wrapped package and hurried off for my carriage ride. We enjoyed our brief but lovely morning and hurried back to our hotel with barely enough time to get ready for the wedding we were attending. I opened the package to take out the wrap that I had purchased to wear on the chilly evening only to find out that a different wrap had been placed in my bag. I called the shop owner, and explained what had happened. With 45 minutes left before departure for the wedding, I really didnt know what could be done. The owner was so gracious and apologetic. She asked me where I was staying (which was 30 minutes from downtown Savannah. She then told me she would deliver the correct wrap to my hotel and it would be there before I had to leave for the wedding. Now that folks is what I call customer service above and beyond any I had ever experienced! I have told everyone I have seen about this. To the owner, I wish to express my sincere thanks. She was gracious and entirely generous in her service to this North Carolina lady, who she might never see again. I highly recommend that when you visit Savannah that you visit this shop and spend lots of your money there! This was 10 star service!!!
