The customer service is top notch, and the whole team is friendly and professional. I also really appreciated that Manuk let me be there for the actual ring setting! It made the experience even more meaningful. After wearing the ring for a few days, I realized it needed a slight resize, and he was more than happy to accommodate. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

My jewelry was cleaned and inspected to make sure that prongs and closers were secure. I was amazed how bright and sparkling my jewelry could be. Their attention to detail produced a high quality result that also preserved the intricate details of the vintage ring. We went in to pick out our wedding bands and the staff members were so helpful. They assisted us in picking husband’s ring and then made a custom band to fit my engagement ring. The custom band, although new, matches the style of the heirloom ring so well. Our rings were ready within a month of us placing the order.
