I have never experienced service like this and the price was great! I won’t shop anywhere else for jewelry from now on! Btw… I live an hour and fifteen minutes from his store one way. This place has such a friendly staff and was trying to help me when I even told them I was going to look at a couple more places...came right back to their wonderful staff and they got me exactly what I wanted...and for a great price. Louis escorted him through the entire process filling us with vital information and answering questions along the way. His fiancee was there to make sure that the ring shell be wearing her entire life is what she wants and they both left smiling and laughing and so excited about their future. Louis handled potential awkward budgeting questions perfectly also! It was so cool to watch!
