In my presence, the specific details were written down and a call was made to the designer to confirm he was able to complete a bracelet. It was a go and I was told it was their busy season but they would get back to me via phone call with the pricing.
I did not receive a call and dropped into the store for an update five days later. In my presence, another call was made to confirm the order and request for pricing. I was assured I would receive a call back.
It has been two months and no call or text for this custom order. It was supposed to be a Mothers Day gift.
I am frustrated and disheartened that even a reputable company lacks follow-up customer service. I was willing to wait for the custom piece but the lack of pricing updates or design timeline is disappointing.
