They are so sweet and don’t push anything on you to buy, no pressure to look. Also extremely reasonable pricing. I love coming here!

In my presence, the specific details were written down and a call was made to the designer to confirm he was able to complete a bracelet. It was a go and I was told it was their busy season but they would get back to me via phone call with the pricing. I did not receive a call and dropped into the store for an update five days later. In my presence, another call was made to confirm the order and request for pricing. I was assured I would receive a call back. It has been two months and no call or text for this custom order. It was supposed to be a Mothers Day gift. I am frustrated and disheartened that even a reputable company lacks follow-up customer service. I was willing to wait for the custom piece but the lack of pricing updates or design timeline is disappointing.

The staff is warm and welcoming. The fitting experience is pampering and fun! It’s a truly memorable experience for me and my daughters. And when we get home, we get loads of compliments!
