Riley Vasilatos I had two rings that had sentimental value to me, but were not very expensive that needed to be resized. I went to Bernerd’s and they told me they could not resize silver at all. Kay jewelers quoted me $900 for resizing the rings(For reference, I bought the rings at a side of the store stand in Alaska for $20). One of the rings could not be traditionally resized because of the way the opal was set in the ring all the way around. I came here and was quoted $90 for the rings to be resized with a bar placed inside the ring in order to not damage the opal. The rings were not able to be resized the way that we had initially discussed, so the owner took it upon himself to resize them in a more expensive manner, by added silver to the entire lining of the rings. He also discounted the service for it taking longer than expected. Overall, I was highly pleased with the care that was given and the extremely reasonable price I was given. I can’t speak for the jewelry sold here, but I was well taken care of and accommodated. 5 stars.

They were so patient with my son and even played with him. We want something that would complement his bracelet stack that started with his gold Cuban link that had a diamond added for our son’s birth month. Ultimately, my son picked the beaded bracelet that ties the gold bracelet and the David Yurman my son “got him” for Christmas. Best service and quality. Noah Morris My dad took me here years ago just to show me the shop. The conversation we had was so genuine and so refreshing. I came back years later because of a non-operating watch I couldn’t have imagined a better experience or quality of service. I had my broken watch fixed and the battery replaced within 30 minutes for a steal of a price. I even tipped some at the end because of how good and quality the people are on top of the perfect service they did on my watch. I cant imagine ever going anywhere else to get something repaired or for a new purchase.

Mary Davis I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! My son wanted a Delp jersey for his upcoming birthday, and they went above and beyond to help me track one down in time. While redoing his bedroom with a Georgia Bulldogs theme, I found the perfect large wall pictures that fit exactly what he wanted. When we walked into the store, my son was absolutely thrilled—he hasn’t stopped talking about it since! The owners made the whole experience so enjoyable, and he’s already asking when we can go back.
