K. A. We want to highly recommend Privée Diamonds Direct in Alpharetta for custom ring design. Jonathan is amazing and so talented. My fiancé surprisingly proposed to me earlier this year with a very special "placeholder" ring, and with the intention of us designing something even more special together as my final ring. Absolutely love that he did it this way! Long story short, I of course said “YES” and after much research on where to get a custom ring made we ended up going to Privée Diamond Direct to have the ring created to exactly what we wanted. The entire experience was perfect and so meaningful that we could do it together. With the help of Jonathan’s creative expertise and our vision the final ring came out unbelievably beautiful and absolutely perfect. Alora I love that this is a family-owned and run business! I missed the daughters name, but both she and her father Jon went above and beyond to help me when I brought in some old jewelry that I knew nothing about. My Aunt had recently passed away, and I got a lot of her jewelry I knew nothing about, or if it even was worth anything, I didnt know where to start. I knew Id probably get ripped off at a pawn show, and knew Id need a place to resize and repair any pieces I wanted to keep. After a quick Google search, this was the first place that popped up, and it had great reviews, so I paid them a visit. Jon was so informative and patient with me as I explained my situation, and he quickly went through my jewelry and was so open and honest about what I had and the worth of everything. It was so pleasant to chat with his daughter and him while I waited, put me right at ease and I loved how friendly they are. I got a great deal for what I brought in, and even found a beautiful pendant to take home! I will definitely be back, they have my business and will be the only place Ill go if I need anything done! Emma Davenport Mickeys customer service is fantastic. My mother sent me a Mickey Lynn bracelet that she purchased at a shop in Chicago, but it was too big. I called the store here in Atlanta and asked if I could exchange it for a smaller size, even though it was purchased elsewhere and not directly through Mickey Lynn. Mickey not only exchanged it--she sized it perfectly for my wrist and swapped out the clasp, free of charge. Its a gorgeous bracelet that I now wear every day!

He was able to use gold from pieces that were from my childhood, family heirlooms, and early years of marriage.
