Made lovely conversation the entire time I was there. They made sure I tried my watch on to make sure it fit perfectly and if it didn’t they took it back to adjust, no rush at all. When I went in to buy a white gold necklace to layer with one I had previously gotten from her, she generously gifted me a necklace and wouldn’t let me pay for it. I also purchased a diamond necklace from her, and later, my fiancé surprised me with the matching bracelet both are absolutely stunning! Kathy never pressures me to buy anything, even when I’m tempted to make an impulsive purchase (which is often!). I’m so grateful for her generosity and heart. Cleveland Ivey I went in to get a necklace fixed this past Monday. Both employees were friendly and I was seen as soon as I arrived. Mr. Crawford got to work on the necklace as soon as I gave it to him and had it prepared in good timing. I was not in a rush, but the wait was not long. The other associate, a young lady was very professional as well. She helped several people while I was waiting. The store itself was very nice and clean. I paid a bit less than what I expected which was very nice. I was left feeling satisfied with the quality of work and the level of professionalism. I was not at all surprised that my father recommended them. Well worth it.
