The gentleman even gave me a little extra for it having a keyboard case (didn’t expect that, but I was so thankful.) the 4 months my iPad was there, everyone that work there made everything easy, they even have an app where you can pay and communicate with them…. And they respond in a timely matter. I love this place .

Precious Jewel My husband and I and came in last week and spoke with Earl. He was very professional and reached back out to us today. We came back in and I tried on two other rings, but my heart was set on the 3 carat marquis I initially fell in love with. My husband purchased it for me just a bit ago and I couldnt be more thrilled. Its absolutely stunning. If Earl hadnt reached out, this sale wouldnt have been made today. Hes a fine salesman with a lot of patience and expertise. Well be return customers. We have a son and identical twin daughters so well be back for gifts! P.S. Today is August 8th. I came in on the 28th of July and William assisted me on which size I needed to have my ring upsized to. I have progressive rheumatoid arthritis. He was so helpful. My ring came in today and he even counted the stones for me as my ring has a lot of baguettes and smaller decorative stones. That was so thoughtful. I appreciate his help and time. He was professional and has a great attitude. I tried to leave a separate review, but continued to come back to my initial review for Earl. I chose to add to it. Earl was very professional as well. Im very pleased.

Lauren .Rives Wow, I was really blown away with the amazing service I received today! I walked in just wondering if they’d be able to help me with a watch battery that I just got replaced a week ago at Kay Jewelers. The watch wasn’t keeping the correct time. They didn’t hesitate to take it behind the counter and take a look at it for me. They replaced the battery free of charge! Jim and David were very kind, patient, and helpful with my issue. They took their time to assist me. They did say that if the battery still doesn’t work that there may be an issue with the watch itself. But it works great now! While I was waiting for the watch to be finished, Dianne asked if I needed anything. I showed her my tarnished silver bangles she offered to clean them for me She brought them back sparkling and gave me great advice on how to clean and store the bangles. Very lovely lady! Excellent customer service! This family owned jewelry store went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!

Absolutely pleasant and helpful staff and we visited on two separate occasions, buying a Turkish-inspired desk lamp on the second. She wrapped it up nicely for a safe drive home. So many items to look at from various polished rocks to art to lights of all sorts. All unique and make great gifts. We will definitely stop in again.

Tre This is my first bracelet (permanent) and Ive walked around the entire mall trying to find the perfect one thats a great price, size, and glistens and i’m not going to lie im glad I came here. Helen Cunningham Kathy is truly one of a kind! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she’s also genuinely kind and caring. I once lost the back to an earring I didn’t even purchase from her, and she still gave me a replacement without hesitation. When I went in to buy a white gold necklace to layer with one I had previously gotten from her, she generously gifted me a necklace and wouldn’t let me pay for it. I also purchased a diamond necklace from her, and later, my fiancé surprised me with the matching bracelet both are absolutely stunning! Kathy never pressures me to buy anything, even when I’m tempted to make an impulsive purchase (which is often!). I’m so grateful for her generosity and heart.
