Helen Cunningham Kathy is truly one of a kind! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she’s also genuinely kind and caring. I once lost the back to an earring I didn’t even purchase from her, and she still gave me a replacement without hesitation. When I went in to buy a white gold necklace to layer with one I had previously gotten from her, she generously gifted me a necklace and wouldn’t let me pay for it. I also purchased a diamond necklace from her, and later, my fiancé surprised me with the matching bracelet both are absolutely stunning! Kathy never pressures me to buy anything, even when I’m tempted to make an impulsive purchase (which is often!). I’m so grateful for her generosity and heart. It felt less like he was there to help the community and more like he was trained to low-ball every offer. I tried to provide receipts for my items, but he dismissed them. Instead, he pulled up prices from a commercial website that seemed to be a wholesale site for businesses, not what a regular consumer would pay on Best Buys public website. I knew then that arguing would be futile; Ive encountered that kind of animosity before, and it never leads anywhere productive. He greeted us with a smile. To be honest it was kind of a prank at first to see how my fiance (to be) would react. I didnt buy today but very soon I will be going back. I think his name was Trey. Joseph Johnson Went in for a “yearly” watch battery replacement for last 10 years. On Sunday, 5:00p, salesman told me that they he couldn’t change my batteries because they don’t have a tool to do so. I have done this for 10 years or more. Started at the mall store years ago! Wow! It was a sales woman there also. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Went back to Kay’s jewelry store and the “Outstanding” service that was provided to me was on point! The sales lady greeted me as I entered the store. She actually took my watch to ensure they could or couldn’t do the requested task of changing batteries. They couldn’t and she directed/referred me to Battery Source who also provided outstanding service!!!! Kudos to the sales person who answered all my questions and concerns!!! A 360 from yesterday’s service!!! Today you was the Outstanding store I have known you to be, thanks! (5 stars) they didn’t know I was in there yesterday! Pure Good Service!
