Niki Watkins I always have a great experience in this store! I wish I had gotten the young ladys name today but she was a lovely young lady and very, very sweet with an awesome smile. She was just clocking in and the store wasnt terribly busy but all the other were associates were helping other customers at the time (both of which greeted me when I walked in with smiles and assurance I would be helped as soon as possible). The young lady that ended up assisting me walked in grabbed a tablet and jumped right in to assist. I had an exchange from an online purchase and she handled it with a smile as did the other associate that had finished up with her customer.
