Sanaz and Sherry are the best to work with and just so helpful, kind, and are able to help you find just what you are looking for! My mom has been shopping with them for years, and now my sister and I are, and we will forever be buying our jewelry here! We couldn’t recommend them enough!

Erin Lynch We had such a good experience here!!! I’m so grateful. My fiancé’s ring got bent out of shape due to a mishap with the dog’s collar. We just got engaged in April and were so upset. We had a terrible experience with another jeweler in Duluth, and were just trying to find someone to do this simple repair. We got it from Etsy and it’s a moss agate stone (and 14k gold) and knew it would be softer and a little harder to work with and no one seemed confident they wouldn’t ruin our ring. They made us feel so at ease and let us know they would do everything they could to take care of it and let us know what was in their ability. They were so communicative and lovely! And to top it all off, they got it done before our trip to show our friends! So grateful and will definitely be coming back here for all of our jewelry needs. M Scott Miracle A fun place to shop. I once thought of a pawn shop as a dark, seedy place to buy or sell questionable merchandise. Gateway Pawn changed my mind. They have a bright, organized sales floor with a variety of good used and new items. I go there mostly for tools and guns but end up considering TVs or laptops or things I didnt know I wanted! It is always interesting to see what they have. The staff has always been nice to me. It is a family owned place too so you support local folks when you shop there.

accreeves143 Blackwell’s did some work on my engagement ring in 2019. I have not had occasion to visit their business since. However, recently I had a rough spot develop on my diamond, and went to Blackwell’s to have the ring looked at. They ground out the rough spot and polished it for me, and despite not having been there in 5+ years, they did not charge me for that service. The customer service was exemplary. I will make it a point to use their business in the future, and will encourage others to do so as well. A+ experience,

Trap Theology AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Stay away from these people, they lie and overprice their jewelry. They pretend to look out for you and cut you a deal, tapping random numbers on a calculator. They lie about their refund policy. Just some hustlers and scammers. The mall should kick them out for real! Tried to sell me a stainless steel rope and said it was sterling silver. VERY SHADY!!

Tristan Lowe What a jewel of a shop, no pun intended! My family and I happened into this shop as we were walking back to the parking garage on Congress, I ended up buying one pendant and my mother bought a coin bracelet. I loved the experience with the store as well as the sentiment behind my pendant I ended up purchasing an additional pendant but was torn between two, after terrible FOMO I chatted with Lee and she ended up shipping me the other pendant, so now I have three! Lee was absolutely wonderful, and a pleasure to chat with. I will for sure come back on our next trip!

Sasha Gibson My friend and I took our daughters here to get their noses pierced. They were nervous, of course, but Jane - the one who did the piercings - was awesome! She explained everything to us moms and to the girls and helped ease their nerves. She was thorough but fast and was just upbeat the whole time. Dustin the manager was very friendly and came to make sure we were being taken care of and to see if we had any questions. Side note - he’s a pretty funny guy! In the past we have gone to the dawsonville location for my daughters multiple ear piercings, but I think we will go to this location moving forward. Thank you for making this special occasion even better for our families!
