Wendy Turner I went to Abby in May of 2025 to ask her to create a custom piece for a ring I had lost. While we ultimately decided not to "remake" the same ring, we came up with a new idea based on some of Abbys current stock. She made my custom sterling silver ring within 2 weeks! She communicated with me during the design process and the purchasing and picking up process was smooth. I am sure that I will be coming back next time I feel like getting a unique, one of a kind piece of jewelry!

Alora I love that this is a family-owned and run business! I missed the daughters name, but both she and her father Jon went above and beyond to help me when I brought in some old jewelry that I knew nothing about. My Aunt had recently passed away, and I got a lot of her jewelry I knew nothing about, or if it even was worth anything, I didnt know where to start. I knew Id probably get ripped off at a pawn show, and knew Id need a place to resize and repair any pieces I wanted to keep. After a quick Google search, this was the first place that popped up, and it had great reviews, so I paid them a visit. Jon was so informative and patient with me as I explained my situation, and he quickly went through my jewelry and was so open and honest about what I had and the worth of everything. It was so pleasant to chat with his daughter and him while I waited, put me right at ease and I loved how friendly they are. I got a great deal for what I brought in, and even found a beautiful pendant to take home! I will definitely be back, they have my business and will be the only place Ill go if I need anything done! Kiah Payton If it wasn’t for Lyu, I would have listened to a rep from a different store and settled for a ring that was basic and not me. She was patient with me and helped me design a ring that described me in a ring. It is absolutely perfect and catches everyone’s eye. It is everything that I was looking for and piece by piece she made it happen and got the order sent off to be crafted. Months later my fiancee proposed on my birthday and in Spain! I said YES!!
