Venette Pierre-Cover I love coming to JM Watch and Jewelry Repair for the majority of my jewelry needs. As a long term customer I feel like my needs and wants are always understood and met. Jessica is very attentive and receptive. I can come in with a general idea of what I want and she can match me with the jewelry I need! I am never in doubt when it comes to the quality of any of the jewelry that I purchase there. Each piece is always durable and never tarnishes. The prices of the pieces of jewelry are more than reasonable. As for repairs, I would go no where else. Gladys has an eye for detail that comforts me. Her craftsmanship is always excellent. The overall shopping experience is really fun! I have shown up a few times with my children: Jessica and Gladys were so engaging and charismatic. Theyve asked multiple times to return just for a visit!

melissa bright If I could give 10 stars I would. Marcus is an excellent jeweler. He made a magnificent ring for me with Cadillac cut side diamonds that stumped another jeweler. He does his own Computer Assisted Design (CAD) and was able to make a new setting for my 2 carat diamond with Cadillac side stones.. they are the same shape as the logo on the Pink Cadillac I used to have. Im thrilled that he finally has his own location. Ill be back soon.

Michelle Surgeon I have to say besides the beautiful jewelry I have to say Danielle is absolutely amazing. She is extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable and gave me undivided attention to help me find what best suited what I was looking for as I have a terrible time picking what I like best and she showed me so many items. jack yates I have a piece of custom jewelry that they made for me about 30 years ago when they were located in the old Macon Mall. To be honest I wouldnt trust anyone else to repair it. Theyre just as courteous and professional as they was back then and thats a rarity in todays society. They do quality work I would recommend them to anyone that wanted to just buy regular jury or have a special piece made its most definitely worth your time and money.
