5 /5 J. E. K: Shay the owner and Pam the designer created the ring I’ve always dreamed of. Shay helped my husband and me to pick out the center stone. Pam gave me 3 designs to choose from. The result far exceeded our expectations. I love it! 5 stars to both.

5 /5 Waylon Comeau: Very happy with the customer service I received. Went above and beyond. I was having trouble with a watch being set and they took care of it with no issues. Although I didnt purchase any jewelry it was very nice to look at and reasonably priced. I cant thank them enough for their hospitality and great customer service. Would recommend this jeweler to anyone.

5 /5 Robert Kavanaugh: I was there to get a stone set. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They have a beautiful store with beautiful jewelry. I was literally shocked by the reasonable low price they quoted me. So unusual for a jewelry store.

2 /5 Dale Timms: My experience was not a good one. I went to Chadwicks with a simple request. I wanted some diamonds taken out of one ring and added to another. They quoted a good price so I approved. It took a month and a half to set 4 small round diamonds into the ring. But then they decided they didnt want to set the remaining 3 baguettes into the ring. They said they would look for some other setting for the stones. When I didnt get a returned phone call I began emailing which is their preferred communication. Email after email nothing. I would send pictures of settings. I even told them to just fill in the openings where they removed the round stones but no. NINE months later they responded to my email of one pictures of a setting I had sent months before along with another price (a higher price) to make the second ring I didnt ask for. I passed. After ignoring me for nine months I wasnt going to settle for something I never wanted in the first place. I simply wanted all the stones together in the one ring. The sentimental value meant nothing to them.
