They lie about their refund policy. Just some hustlers and scammers. The mall should kick them out for real! Tried to sell me a stainless steel rope and said it was sterling silver. VERY SHADY!!

Jessica is very attentive and receptive. I can come in with a general idea of what I want and she can match me with the jewelry I need! I am never in doubt when it comes to the quality of any of the jewelry that I purchase there. Each piece is always durable and never tarnishes. The prices of the pieces of jewelry are more than reasonable. As for repairs, I would go no where else. Gladys has an eye for detail that comforts me. Her craftsmanship is always excellent. The overall shopping experience is really fun! I have shown up a few times with my children: Jessica and Gladys were so engaging and charismatic. Theyve asked multiple times to return just for a visit!

We worked with David Richardson to pick out my wifes engagement and wedding rings and would do it 100 times over because my wife was blown away at both rings and loves them! Corinne Bailey I absolutely Love Cumberland diamond exchange. My husband purchased my engagement and wedding ring set from in 2020. They were extremely helpful. The experience is amazing when you walk in, you have your own personal assistant that will walk around with you and look at all the settings. And help you find the one that you dreamed of being the perfect ring. They will pull out multiple rings for you to try on and are extremely patient as you do so. I tried on several. After we found our ring and how we wanted, they sat with us while we picked out the perfect diamond for our ring. They respected my husbands budget for the diamond. I dont know the budget, he did tell the jeweler and they brough out several diamonds within that budget. Then allowed me to pick one out. They even brought out a microscope for you to look up close to see the imperfections. They were all stunning! Over all my experience was amazing and I highly recommend them if you are looking for that perfect engagement ring, wedding ring, or set?.
