1 /5 Nicole: Like the previous customer the customer service , particularly “the man with glasses “ is very unpleasant and clearly doesn’t value his line of servicing!
The pricing of repairs were exorbitant ,not to mention the quality is botched!
The hours on the door are for display, I attempted to pick up my jewelry from the store several times during open hours only for the store to be closed.
My pairs were simply but took 3-4 weeks to complete, which is cool if my jewelry was actually repaired. My bracelets were “repaired “mediocre at best.
I patronize this local business because it’s in my neighborhood and wanted to show support. This mediocre ,rude ,inconsiderate, service cost me $200 and I will highly not recommend this company to anyone. Support another company because clearly LaRo jewelry is just for show. 0/10 I would highly NOT RECOMMEND!!
