Lauren .Rives Wow, I was really blown away with the amazing service I received today! I walked in just wondering if they’d be able to help me with a watch battery that I just got replaced a week ago at Kay Jewelers. The watch wasn’t keeping the correct time. They didn’t hesitate to take it behind the counter and take a look at it for me. They replaced the battery free of charge! Jim and David were very kind, patient, and helpful with my issue. They took their time to assist me. They did say that if the battery still doesn’t work that there may be an issue with the watch itself. But it works great now! While I was waiting for the watch to be finished, Dianne asked if I needed anything. I showed her my tarnished silver bangles she offered to clean them for me She brought them back sparkling and gave me great advice on how to clean and store the bangles. Very lovely lady! Excellent customer service! This family owned jewelry store went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!

Stina NCole This booth sold me a necklace that broke in less than 24 hours. I took this necklace back to the counter to have it exchanged and they REFUSED TO EXCHANGE IT. SO IF YOU MUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS COUNTER DO NOT SUPPORT this counter. They are rude and I will not support them EVER again. And then they give these snide nasty remarks.

Jennifer Gault After almost 40 yrs of marriage my husband and I decided to purchase a new wedding band set for my diamond. Taras jeweler agreed it was worn out. Sunny helped us create a more personal wedding set with the addition of extra wedding bands with birthstones of our children. Sunny was amazing! I actually walked out within a couple hours with my new wedding set, my diamond set in it, and the 3 additional bands. What service!!! We love it! Mike and I had a great experience.
