I had a great time getting my jewelry repairs taken care of and I can’t wait to go back to pick up my items so that I can look around some more and get even more information! It’s my first visit, but just getting to know this man gives me assurance that he is completely trustworthy and a master of his trade. Thank you again Devan!

5 /5 Barbara Thomas: It had been too long since I had my good jewelry chacked. I had one ring siand another ring a Stone secured and everything cleaned. A total of seven items. I picked everything up this morning and put it on before.I walked out the door the play cards with my friend. Everybody commented that everything looked brand new.It was so beautiful. I plan on making this a routine to let him keep my good jewelry and good condition.

5 /5 Shelley Eyerly: I inherited a necklace and ring from my mother and went to Persaud’s to resize and repair an old ring, fix the clap of the necklace and clean three rings and the necklace. Mr. Persaud was very honest and told me my old ring shouldn’t be resized to the finger I requested because that ring would overpower the inherited ring, which I intend to wear daily. He suggested holding off and consider using the stones to create a new piece that would not take away from my mom’s ring. He made some suggestions for the necklace that I wasn’t ready to jump into yet. He took a great deal of time with me (even though I walked in as he was closing) and didn’t try to get me to spend money I wasn’t ready to spend. In fact, talked me out of spending on the resize and repair for now, as he felt it wouldn’t have been wise. He cleaned all the pieces for me for a very reasonable price and is looking into some clasps for me to make my necklace easier to work. I was very impressed that he stayed late and seemed to want to do the right thing by me. It built trust and when I need a local jeweler, I will return to him.

1 /5 Randy Ittner: Took a few pieces of my Mothers jewelry for appraisal. We also told him we wanted something in writing since this was part of an estate and we needed to account for the value. After 4 days, we were provided a verbal estimate only. He would not put anything in writing unless we paid another $80 dollars on top of the $40 we already spent. What? So now we are back to square one —less $40. I would not recommend nor trust this jeweler.
