We came to Jason with only a rough idea of what we wanted our rings to look like, and he was with us every step of the way for several hours of meetings, consultations, and sketches sent back and forth before he sent a 3-D model of what our rings would look like. His expertise was invaluable throughout this process and combined with our vision to create beautiful rings. In the end we were both very impressed with the quality of the final product, and we couldn’t be happier. Patti Agee THE DREAM TEAM, Keith (owner) and Billy (designer) are simply AMAZING!! I was diagnosed with Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis in May 2024 affecting my hands with larger knuckles and unable to get my wedding set over them. We purchased our wedding sets from Keith in 2021 and stopped by to see what our options were for me to once again be able to wear my rings. . Billy WENT TO WORK and created this wonderful adjustable inside to my rings that will allow me to now wear my wedding set that adjusts to the daily changes of my ring finger. Keith is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with and very personable. Keiths store is inviting and has a large selection to shop from ,no matter your needs. Billy also created a pendant from my mothers wedding set. SUPPORT the local guys and enjoy the personalized, intimate service the big chains dont offer and enjoy being greeted by your name every time you return!

Patricia J Went here to have a ring repaired . Stone had fallen out and was told a $100. Gave them a Hundred, and was told they would let me know how much the repair would be by calling me, but know one called to let me know how mich the repair would be, so after waiting for a week . I looked at the receipt the girl gave me but it didnt reflect the $100 that I had given for the Stone to be repaired into my ring. After which my husband went to check on the ring. They told him $100. I then went in and told them that I had already given them $100. They said that I hadnt. I said , "well you have cameras in here why not check the day I brought you my ring!" SHE REFUSED! and said it was Security! A reputable Business wouldnt have a problem showing the TAPE if their was a PROBLEM? HOWEVER MY HUSBAND GAVE THEM ANOTHER $100 THATS $200 . PEOPLE, You might as well say that I just bought my RING ! WOW HOWEVER,"GOD SAID, YOU WILL REAP WHAT YOU SEW!" AND HIS WORD CANNOT LIE! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! THINK THREE TIMES BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Marti Lynette Riz was great! Me and my two friends came in for a piercing and he helped us pick one out! He was super helpful and he dealt with us being silly and giggling!

Rudy Williams We have purchased many items from Prospectors Pouch over the last 40 years and its always been a fantastic experience. We moved back to St. Louis and my wife lost her favorite bracelet at a KISS concert. I called and talked to Debra, the manager there, to replace it. She was unbelievably helpfully. I told her what I was looking for and she sent me pictures of the bracelets available and many pictures of the beautiful stone clasps. She helped me find the perfect one, actually there were so many beautiful ones to pick from....I got two! Then she handled the paperwork and arranged for delivery and even took it to be delivered. Cant thank you enough Debra you helped make our 39th wedding anniversary one to remember.
