Paula Thomas I went in to buy a birthday gift for my daughter. The store had to request the item ship from another store. After nit getting a call to pick up in the stated time frame I was told the other store no longer had it available. I was very... upset. But Emily calmly called the store and found out it was because it had been shipped to me. She was so nice, professional and accommodating I couldnt stay mad,even before she called. Sammy and Cynthia were also very helpful.

Duffy Jones This is the place to get jewelry! David is great to work with and has designed two custom rings for my wife. He was very honest during the whole process. Buying from Buckhead Diamond is such a better experience than buying from the box stores. I will not shop anywhere else.

Jay Ridley I met Monty several years ago through my best friend which was a pilot for Delta. Monty is very knowledgeable of all jewelry and stones. I’ve purchased several beautiful rings, bracelets and ear rings for my wife. (Happy Wife is a Happy Husband). Such great quality on all his jewelry. Monty is personally redoing my wife’s wedding ring by replacing the setting. Can’t wait to see it in a few months.

INFP me Its rare that I have a reason to be at a mall. Being the introvert I am, I tend to avoid places where I might encounter loud herds, angry drivers, or forced interactions. I was pleasantly surprised when I chose to start my hunt for an outfit here, rather than risk the delay that might come with ordering via online. Penneys was a favorite of my Moms, so I began here. The store was clean and orderly. Things were in place. They had some sales which caught my attention and caused me to side-quest, inform others, and share the bargain details. The staff were friendly and they didnt pursue me, aggressively to assist me, which pleased me very much. They were polite and I felt like if I needed help, it was easy to find. I was reminded how most big anchor stores feel sterile- and almost like a rat maze- as each section bleed into the other with little deviation. The lighting, I both appreciated and hated, as it was harsh and too bright for my liking but when dealing with color detail, it helped identify the differences in shades or patterns a breeze. I didnt find what I was looking for but because they had the sale they did, I sent DH and son in a couple of days later to pick up a couple of things. My daughter went with me. We didnt go in the weekend, but midweek- and we went in the late afternoon- early evening. There were people there but no herds. It was quiet but active. We didnt use the water closet in the store and we didnt really browse beyond the first side quest. Ill have to try to make it out here more often.

They did an 5 star expert job repairing my blue aquamarine pendant, it looks brand new and sparkles brilliantly. I am very satisfied. They are friendly and professional, they have my loyal business.
