Ciera Wilson Lindsey was so helpful when it came to picking out jewelry and allowed plenty of time to make sure it was the look/fix that we wanted. She was so kind and gave us honest feedback when it came to fit and comfort. Me and my friend also had an issue where we left her phone in the facility after we left and after they closed. I talked directly to the owner and they worked with us quickly. A worker came back and was able to help get my friend’s phone. Truly great service and would recommend to anyone thinking about permanent jewelry.

Katlynn Cha Everyone was kind and helpful in my selection of jewelry. Unfortunately they did not have a bracelet would fit my size wrist but I ended up choosing a necklace and having the chance the choose my own gems to put into the jewelry. I love that we have that option and the gift feels personalized with our own touch. They also were able to gift wrap my jewelry in a gift box with a cute little bow! Great experience for my first time at Kendra Scott!

I once lost the back to an earring I didn’t even purchase from her, and she still gave me a replacement without hesitation. When I went in to buy a white gold necklace to layer with one I had previously gotten from her, she generously gifted me a necklace and wouldn’t let me pay for it. I also purchased a diamond necklace from her, and later, my fiancé surprised me with the matching bracelet both are absolutely stunning! Kathy never pressures me to buy anything, even when I’m tempted to make an impulsive purchase (which is often!). I’m so grateful for her generosity and heart.
