He was very patient with me (new gemstone enthusiast) I was ecstatic to learn he is a legit gemologist. He shared a few insights with me and I chose this gorgeous natural Opal & 14K Gold pendant as my new treasure. I will be back for sure to visit again!

He took care of cleaning all of my jewelry in a timely manner (it was quite a bit to clean), helped try to clean a few pieces that I needed help with and also sent off two pieces for repair with ease.
