She made the whole process so much fun with her great stories and warm personality. She helped us find the perfect rings without any pressure. We are so grateful for her help and couldnt be happier. We got my hubby’s wedding band at Shane Co 24 years ago and were reminiscing so we pulled in. Paris greeted us and helped me make the perfect purchase, for something I’d had my eye on for awhile. She was such a lovely lady. After browsing around my husband found something fantastic for himself too, thanks to Stan’s help. Stan is a kind soul and made our experience one to remember, what an incredible human. We are very appreciative of our time here today and will never go anywhere else when we’re in the market for something special.

5 /5 Nate Mahoney: I bought my wifes wedding ring 15 years ago and the diamond fell out last week. Their website says free repairs and even diamond replacement, so we took it back in to see what they could do. We found the diamond so we didnt need that service. They repaired it for free and even cleaned it and polished it. The service was excellent and they have a lot of beautiful items there. Just be aware that if you ever do need to get a diamond replaced, they suggest that you have a history of coming in at least every 6 months so they can catch the problem before it happens. They polish it for free and they check the integrity of the metal as time goes on. If not, the diamond replacement is not guaranteed. Very glad I chose Shane and Co to buy my wifes wedding ring. They made the process quick and easy.
