Riley Vasilatos I had two rings that had sentimental value to me, but were not very expensive that needed to be resized. I went to Bernerd’s and they told me they could not resize silver at all. Kay jewelers quoted me $900 for resizing the rings(For reference, I bought the rings at a side of the store stand in Alaska for $20). One of the rings could not be traditionally resized because of the way the opal was set in the ring all the way around. I came here and was quoted $90 for the rings to be resized with a bar placed inside the ring in order to not damage the opal. The rings were not able to be resized the way that we had initially discussed, so the owner took it upon himself to resize them in a more expensive manner, by added silver to the entire lining of the rings. He also discounted the service for it taking longer than expected. Overall, I was highly pleased with the care that was given and the extremely reasonable price I was given. I can’t speak for the jewelry sold here, but I was well taken care of and accommodated. 5 stars.

Sellers Kimberly “Kimmy” Me and my fiancé went here and got this set. Well the young guy that’s there is not a people person. He doesn’t smile and acts like he doesn’t want to be there. He couldn’t help us on anything. And we had to take the set back because the stones kept falling out and they fixed it but as u can see on the pictures the stones have fallen out again. And we paid over $400 for this set and my fiancé band. So we won’t go back. And really don’t know what to do because the stones are out again. But the older guy that’s there he was a really big help.

John Paggett Amir gave us a great deal on a bracelet and earrings we were purchasing for my mother. He was very hospitable and attentive as soon as we walked in to the store. Here’s the kicker. He had a higher KT gold bracelet I had previously bought from another shop with more weight and a better price. Will recommend Tribeca diamonds to anyone looking for jewelry! And ask for my man Amir!

Samantha Harvey This has been in my home town my whole life and it always has something big or little of what I like. The staff has always treated me kindly with smiles while they did it. They even fixed a loose diamond on my wedding band for free just because I needed it. I have returned here multiple times for earrings or a necklace and was able to find something nice even if I only had $20. If youre around the area I would drop in and see there selection of things!

Alea Johnson Sam is awesome! I came in to get a repair on a chain I purchased for Christmas for my son and he was so helpful. Sam not only fixed my issue but I walked out with a chain and charm as well ! He is the bomb and I suggest anyone to come and see him!
