He took care of cleaning all of my jewelry in a timely manner (it was quite a bit to clean), helped try to clean a few pieces that I needed help with and also sent off two pieces for repair with ease. He’s a great asset to the team - very respectful, kind and pays attention to detail. Glad to work with him any time in the future.

5 /5 Isaac Grant: Went in and had the best customer service. Told them my budget and they didn’t try to push anything over my budget. Gave me their honest opinion and helped me ultimately pick the best one for me. Also tried to find any discounts or sales they had going on to give me the best price possible. I can’t remember the names of the two ladies that helped me but they were so helpful from helping me pick one out to ordering it. Would highly recommend!

5 /5 Janet Sims: At Kay Jewelers in Griffin,Ga today we met with Jay a sales rep. We customized an engagement ring with my Kay’s diamond purchased a decade ago for a special wedding anniversary . My granddaughter has always admired the diamond and I am giving it to her future husband. Jay was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Patient and easy to work with. My granddaughter had already gone to Kay’s with me and Jay pulled up her wish list .Everything was there. The reason I went is to keep the engagement a surprise. I have many purchases over the years with Kay jewelers , the upgrade is perfect by giving the original diamond as a credit towards a more expensive diamond. I recommend Kay’s jewelry in Griffin, ga and ask for Jay when you go. 5 star quality and service.
