This is a family owned and operated business. They care deeply about providing a high quality product at an appropriate price. They also take the time and effort to match you with the right products so that they fit and look great on you. Fine jewelry and watches are big investments so if you’re going to make the investment it’s so much better if a real professional matches you with an item that you will love for years. Why would anyone want to spend so much money on a fine jewelry investment that is just going to sit in a drawer somewhere because it doesn’t fit or look great? I’d rather have one fine piece of jewelry than 20 cheap pieces of junk. The owners are honest and straight business people. They aren’t going to rip you off or steer you wrong. You are never going to find this quality of service at a corporate chain jeweler. They are second to none. There is a big difference between dealing with an employee of a chain company and dealing directly with the owners of a business.
