5 /5 Jacquelyn Culpepper: Much thanks to Tena and her staff for repairing my wedding band that was cut off my finger before my surgery. Arielle treated me with much care and thoughtfulness. My wedding band looks as good as new even though its almost 58 years old! I highly recommend this wonderful jewelry store if you need repairs. Their service is the best!

Ixchel at the Hartwell branch was amazing at helping me choose a band and trying out various diamond shapes and sizes! I went in with a certain style in mind but ended up going with something totally different that I absolutely love! They also re-sized, cleaned and ensured the diamonds in my original wedding band were secure! That band looked brand new as well when I picked up both rings! They are currently re-sizing my original engagement ring, as well as repairing a bracelet for me. Their attention to detail and customer service is unmatched!

5 /5 Maryanne Lindsey: I would highly recommend Tenas if you are shopping for jewelry. The staff is knowledgeable and very attentive. We have made several purchases including my engagement ring and our wedding rings. They took time with me and didnt seem to mind that I kept changing my mind. They have too many pretty choices...lol. Maggie is absolutely the best! I wish every place had this level of customer service.

Ariel was completely knowledgeable and informative with all things from the setting of the ring to the diamonds I had to choose from. She answered all questions I asked and guided me every step of the way. Ariel’s experience and care for her work reflects with every interaction I had with her. I believe after working with Ariel that I can honestly consider her a friend and not just someone that helped me with a ring. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t imagine a reason someone would go anywhere for any type of jewelry than Tena’s in Hartwell GA. I cannot recommend them enough, I had a great experience with them and I can guarantee anyone that chooses to shop here with as well! Thank you Ariel and the rest of the staff at Tena’s!
