1 /5 Amarilis Casiano: Had a negative experience with Sunny. I use to speak with another female manager who never gave me a problem about repairing my anklet. I had the piece that came off from my ankles and Sunny would continue to go back and forth with me saying they cant add ons even though this link CAME from the chain. Terrible experience, I will be looking for a new jewelry repair.

1 /5 Calvin McCormick: 13 October 2021, I was browsing the mall and happened to stop at this kiosk. Long story short, we settled on a price with a handshake for a gold necklace and it was not Honored!!!! My fault for not catching it right off but YOUR WORD IS ALL YOU HAVE.

2 /5 World Star: The only thing that bothered me was that the merchants said they can order something custom that I had asked for in advanced and then after paying half of the balance due, which was said to be the minimum before ordering, they said my item was unavailable. So now I have to choose something they already have with them in inventory... honestly for the same price or perhaps a even cheaper price, you can order and purchase a custom made jewelry with little to no wait at all, and have it shipped right to your door. Next time I will be ordering online. On the other hand, the best part about jewel time is there flexible payment plans on layaway... But other than that, it can be highly inconvenient to shop there. Unless you plan on small purchases that are gold plated or a big fan of 10k gold.
