5 /5 Matthew Smith: I’m very pleased with the service that I received from the Kay Jewelers staff, in particular their names are Brooke and Geri. They were very nice and helpful and they helped me stay within my budget. I didn’t have a clue what I wanted to get my wife for our anniversary, but those two ladies showed me a few different things and options that suited my needs and for that I am grateful that they took the time and effort to make sure I got excellent customer service and I was happy with what they helped me pick out. Can’t wait for my wife to see her anniversary gift and I have to say that both of those young ladies deserve a pay raise and or a promotion…. Great Job Brooke and Geri!!!

5 /5 KingEnma: Brooke and Tyler were helpful beyond words with getting all my fingers sized on both hands and educating me on ring sizing and maintenance. They even helped to fix my ring I had that was a tad bit too big. Amazing and outstanding customer service.

I needed several pieces of jewelry repaired. Tyler was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My jewelry repair was amazing. I left the store feeling like I made new friends I can trust with precious items. I will definitely return.
