1 /5 Linda Johnson: I went into the store to purchase earrings for my 10 year old granddaughter. I chose a pair that was priced at $129.00. However, after the clerk scanned the ticket, it displayed a different price ($199) . The clerk thought it was a mistake and went to consult her manager about the price difference . The manager said that there was a price increase and she could not sell them at that price. What happened to policy of honoring the price as marked then making sure the remaining items were then marked accordingly?

She spent nearly an hour addressing an apparent discrepancy and ended up resolving the issue in my favor. Highly reccommend.
