She worked diligently to help me with something I didn’t know I could get back after it lapsing during COVID. My jewelry is now sparkling clean and back on track. If you need anything with Zales, ask for Julie S. She’s the best!

5 /5 Jessica Wingate: I most definitely have to give this place a 5 star review! Mrs. Pam was absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend this phenomenal woman enough! She was super helpful when me and my now fiancé was looking at engagement rings. She never doubted what I wanted and she would insert her opinion when I asked for it but would never undermine my thoughts! She was so helpful and never once ruined the surprise! I was on the fence of 2 rings and we got the perfect ring that was perfectly in between! Thank you so much Mrs. Pam for the special moment you help create! Also, he proposed this past weekend on Saturday and I still feel so giddy!

5 /5 Christi Collins: Pamela was wonderful! Super nice and down to earth. I came in with my husband to pick out an "upgrade" wedding ring for our 10 year anniversary. Pamela was very thorough and very knowledgeable with showing us their selection of wedding rings. She knew the answer to all my questions. She helped resize me for my new ring. She also explained the Lifetime Protection Plan and the Vault Rewards.

5 /5 Hachi Casey: While visiting a friend at Ft. Eisenhower, I stopped in at this establishment and purchased a mens bracelet. The staff was courteous, cordial and extremely helpful. Especially Pamela the store manager. She took painstaking time to help with this gift. Put together a lifetime warranty. So that going forward this gift had added value. Something I didnt expect or have experienced in some time. Generally the "big box" merchant is all about the sale and the customer is made to feel less personal. This absolutely was not the case and I believe Pamela went above and beyond to meet my needs. I cant say Thank you loud or strong enough, and I would unequivocally recommend this organization when looking for a gift to anyone of my friends or family.
