Cinzia Morelli So awful, I have never had such a bad experience at Pandora before. The women I spoke to were so unbelievably rude, they made me feel like an escaped war criminal instead of someone trying to take advantage of a promotion. I wanted to return a charm I had just bought and then rebuy it to take advantage of a promotion they had on, and they told me I would have to rebuy it for a more expensive price, and I checked on the website and it was the exact same price. When I asked to speak to a manager the woman I was speaking to was the manager, but if I wanted to I could speak with someone else, and honestly they were just as rude as each other. I cannot believe they lied to my face to avoid helping a customer. I also can’t believe that with the amount of money I have invested in my Pandora jewellery, when I tried to take advantage of a promotion as a frequent customer, they were almost hostile. Such a shame as well because I was looking to buy another charm to add to my collection. Not only did they seriously damage my perception of the company, they also lost out on two different sales. Absolutely unacceptable, honestly save yourself the headache and avoid this Pandora at all costs.

Faith Allen I cant tell you how amazing an artisan Courtney is. Her pieces are so unique and versatile not to mention, the quality. Ive had my pieces for over a year and they look just as amazing as they did the day I got them. My husband surprised me with a custom nameplate necklace with a pearl from Courtney that had my sweet babys name on it and truly is my most favorite piece of jewelry. If youre looking for unique and quality pieces of jewelry from an artisan with the biggest heart then Courtney is your girl! Cannot recommend her enough.

Masinas prices were extremely fair and reasonable compared to other jewelers with similar rings but inflated prices for less carat weight and quality. The vibe the other jewelers gave made me feel icky like I was prey. After several months of thinking, I reached back out to Star to begin the purchase process which couldnt have been easier and more secure. I am extremely grateful for the stellar customer service, answers to questions, and patience for several months while I made a decision. I would definitely recommend Masina to anyone shopping for diamonds or fine jewelry no matter their location. After my shopping experience with them, it’s apparent Masina is a subject matter expert and I feel proud to be one of their consumers. If you look on their website, theres a reason theyve won so many awards and accolades. Family is everything and I recognize that Masina is a small, family-owned business and to me, that means everything. The ring I purchased was for a commitment ceremony my partner and I did recently while away on vacation in the Caribbean. He wanted to purchase a ring I would love and wear not only as a symbol of our commitment to each other, but also our commitment together to Jesus and God. The ring I chose from Masina is just shy of 5 carats of natural round and baguette diamonds. To say "I LOVE it" is a severe understatement. It is stunning and will someday belong to our daughter. jack yates I have a piece of custom jewelry that they made for me about 30 years ago when they were located in the old Macon Mall. To be honest I wouldnt trust anyone else to repair it. Theyre just as courteous and professional as they was back then and thats a rarity in todays society. They do quality work I would recommend them to anyone that wanted to just buy regular jury or have a special piece made its most definitely worth your time and money.
