Instead, one of the did the nicest and most sincere thing I’ve ever been given as a customer—she actually took the time to show me how to do it myself. She was incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. Not only did I get my watch adjusted, but I also walked away knowing how to do it in the future. It’s rare to find service like that these days. Thank you so much for your help Joy—it really made my day! I don’t know anyone else there but after meeting Joy I don’t really want to! Jessica is very attentive and receptive. I can come in with a general idea of what I want and she can match me with the jewelry I need! I am never in doubt when it comes to the quality of any of the jewelry that I purchase there. Each piece is always durable and never tarnishes. The prices of the pieces of jewelry are more than reasonable. As for repairs, I would go no where else. Gladys has an eye for detail that comforts me. Her craftsmanship is always excellent. The overall shopping experience is really fun! I have shown up a few times with my children: Jessica and Gladys were so engaging and charismatic. Theyve asked multiple times to return just for a visit!

D M All I can think of is WOW! The staff is so wonderful! My husband bought the most gorgeous Leo wedding rings for me when we got engaged and married, and now this stunning Leo anniversary band, it’s called “Leo First Light” which I learned that they cut the diamonds in such a way that they grab more light and prisms!!! The pic doesn’t do it justice!!! Not to mention that he got it for 50% off, they had to move inventory!!!

Lucius VanJaager To be frank, I have never been treated so rudely by a complete stranger that calls herself an "outstanding business-lady" in my life. Not that I have ever met anyone with a self proclaimed opinion, but my interaction with this woman had me so upset that I simply had to let others know. If you arent rich, dont bother with this business. All I wanted to do was browse and get a roundabout quote on a ring for my grandson. But instead, she avoided all that and simply asked what my price range was. Taken aback by how rushed she made me feel with her emotionless big eyes glaring at me, I responded with "well, Im thinking between $300-$600 depending on if anything jumps out at me otherwise." So instead of humoring me and letting me down soft with a smile, she very rudely told me that she has nothing to offer unless Im wanting to spend a few grand and that nowhere in Athens would have anything for me. So needless to say, Athens rubbed me wrong on my first outing. Its astounding how one rude business owner of an already run down business can ruin a guys whole idea about an entire county. Dont spend your money here, dont even take a chance on having your good day turned to mud within seconds.
