They helped my husband design the most stunning engagement ring — it’s everything I could have dreamed of and more. What made it even more meaningful is that they incorporated pieces from my mother-in-law’s jewelry, turning it into a true family heirloom that I’ll cherish forever. The staff was so thoughtful, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. When we needed wedding bands last minute (truly crunch time), they didn’t hesitate. They simply said, “We’ll do our best,” and then somehow made it happen. That’s just the kind of care and magic they bring. The quality of their work is unmatched, and their pieces are absolutely beautiful. My mother-in-law also gifted me a pair of earrings from them, and I’m completely obsessed. A true gem of a jeweler — where timeless pieces and heartfelt service meet. Thank you again to Joseph and the entire team — you’ve created something we’ll treasure for generations

5 /5 Tom Wolfarth: Came in looking for local resizing on heirloom engagement ring. Timing wasnt ideal so they helped put stronger re-sizing band on the engagement ring to keep it secure until we could come back in a week or so and leave it for re-sizing. Super helpful and comfortable shop.

1 /5 Erin Lynch: We were really disappointed by the way my fiancé was treated here. She brought in her engagement ring — a beautiful, custom moss agate and 14k gold piece — to see if it could be reshaped after getting slightly bent. The original jeweler recommended we try a local shop, and Armen & Joseph seemed like a good choice. Unfortunately, from the moment she walked in (40 minutes before closing), she was met with cold, dismissive energy. She was passed between people and ultimately questioned about the value and origin of her ring in a way that felt judgmental and condescending — especially given that it wasn’t a diamond. She didn’t have all the details because I had purchased it, but instead of offering guidance, she was grilled. She was even asked if she could manage to pay $100, which felt incredibly inappropriate and out of line. We understand it’s not a traditional ring, but it’s special to us. We came in looking for help, willing to pay for a professional service, and were instead made to feel like we didn’t belong. We’re all for supporting local businesses — but not ones that make clients feel small for having a non-traditional ring or shopping on a budget. This experience left a sour taste, and we won’t be returning.

5 /5 Erin Fox: I live in Tampa and was visiting family in GA last Christmas. I was celebrating my 20th wedding anniversary that year and had been searching for an anniversary band since March. We happened to find Armen & Joseph because they were near my brother’s house and we came in just to see what they had. I immediately found my ring! I knew as soon as I put it on. It was better quality and craftsmanship than anything I’d put on before it and was a better price point than less quality diamonds I’d seen. They even sized it in shop so I’d have it to take home with me. I can’t recommend this shop enough. It’s a more traditional jewelry store with personal customer service. I’m still loving my ring almost a year later. Thank you!

Joseph created an incredible custom wedding band to match my grandmothers engagement ring and it is flawless - he took the time to explain the process thoroughly, quoted us a fair and accurate price that didnt differ on our final bill, and repaired wear on the original engagement ring as well. I also appreciated the approval and review process to make sure we were happy with the piece. We are thrilled to have found our family jeweler and will return for custom work and ready-made pieces in the future!
