1 /5 Michael Hancock: terribly selective on how they will except or even look at certain items if you don’t have a Dewalt or Milwaukee tool they will refuse it no matter if it’s brand new and at the same time there was a woman in there, wiping off a 11 year old laptop ???? but you can’t take my brand new items I don’t pawn my items everrrrrr they are not stolen I’m in a bind I needed HELP‼️ And this right here was the worst place to go… waste of time

5 /5 Jamie Henderson: Great place to pawn stuff. Not necessarily great for selling or pawning gold because they don’t give you an amount based off what they could sell the jewelry for , the loan you less-than-scrap value. Because they have to make money too. If you bring an iPad in that’s charged to 5% , how can they accept that ? Are they supposed to sit there and wait for it to charge up sufficiently for you to pawn it ? No. You charge it before you bring it.

1 /5 Dee Brown: This place use to be good a few years back but the short white lady Manager as poor customer service. I took my 14k gold chains to pawn, the young black gave me a offer for both but I only pawned one. I came back two days later with the same gold but the manager tell me they cannot take it because it’s feels funny. Now I know they have all types of test to see if jewelry is real. She completely ignored the tests because it feels funny. Never heard of that but keep in mind this is one of the same gold I brought in to the black guy who tested it and gave me a offer. I told her I just came here two days prior with the exact same one and it was no problem. She had a very nasty attitude with me told me to come back a week later so another guy can take a look I asked her but your the manager right, you supposed to know these things. She replied well it feels funny take it somewhere else. I went right on to cash America on Gray hwy they tested it and gave me a higher offer. I honestly think she not fit for a manager to tell a customer something like that and I been dealing with them for years not anymore Cash America is a better pawn.
