Trap Theology AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Stay away from these people, they lie and overprice their jewelry. They pretend to look out for you and cut you a deal, tapping random numbers on a calculator. They lie about their refund policy. Just some hustlers and scammers. The mall should kick them out for real! Tried to sell me a stainless steel rope and said it was sterling silver. VERY SHADY!!

Sellers Kimberly “Kimmy” Me and my fiancé went here and got this set. Well the young guy that’s there is not a people person. He doesn’t smile and acts like he doesn’t want to be there. He couldn’t help us on anything. And we had to take the set back because the stones kept falling out and they fixed it but as u can see on the pictures the stones have fallen out again. And we paid over $400 for this set and my fiancé band. So we won’t go back. And really don’t know what to do because the stones are out again. But the older guy that’s there he was a really big help.

Melissa is an amazing communicator and spoke with us non-stop during the design process. She got a CAD rendering made for us very quickly! She is very attentive to detail and will make sure you’re satisfied before beginning the design process. We had a wonderful one on one appointment with Melissa where she showed us a few different sized diamonds and different metal types, asked us about our relationship, and really gave us a personalized and unforgettable appointment. We will recommend any one who needs a custom piece to use her services! You won’t be disappointed!
