1 /5 Allissa McPhail: I bought the rings April 2021, got the rings,, tried on the rings,, and put them in our safe until or wedding.. On July 3 2021, we got married. I look at my ring and a diamond is missing, when my husband took it to get fixed b/c Midwest Jewellery did not respond to my email in July or pick up when I called customer services, MY RING WAS MISSING 3 DIAMONDS NOT ONE LIKE I THOUGHT!!! THE RING IS FIXED BUT NOT BECAUAW OF THE COMPANY. MY HUSBAND HAD TO LOOK ELSEWHERE AND PAY FOR THE DIAMONDS TO BE REPLACED.
I called the company, I sent emails, and today 09/02/2021 I got a response of we will send you a shipping label and fix the issue.
