I recently had a vision on a custom ring I wanted made for my Birthday as a gift to myself and Midwest Jewelry brought my vision to life! I had a 14k 10.5 carat custom ring made and Frank took his time and made sure I was happy with the pre design before the ring went into production. It only took a few weeks and I must say this ring is the truth! I get many compliments and inquiries about where I had this ring made and I’m very proud to give them Franks name at Midwest Jewelry! Don’t get lost in the old reviews, take my word for it. Look at my ring! I keep it in this case when I’m not wearing it, let’s just say when and even when I’m not wearing my ring, it’s always on display. Always on go mode‼️ Let’s Go‼️

2 /5 Julie Lindsey: I ordered a cross from Midwest Jewellery for my granddaughter’s upcoming baptism. After I ordered, I was contacted by the seller to notify me that there would be an increase from the price posted online and that it would not ship until September 5. I agreed to the price increase and paid additional for overnight shipping yo insure it would arrive in time. I was told that I would be kept up-to-date on the transaction. On September 5, I had received no notification of shipment so the next morning I sent a text to the seller with no response. I followed up with a phone call and was told that they would call me back in 10 minutes. More than an hour later., I contacted them again only to learn that the cross had not been shipped and would not arrive in time for the baptism 10 days later. I was never told of the delay. The seller offered two possible alternatives that could ship immediately. They sent photos of two alternative crosses to select from. With few options available, I selected one. The seller agreed to supply a chain to match the gold on the cross. It was shipped that day via FedEx and arrived two days later. The cross I received was much smaller than expected. I contacted the seller to arrange return according to their return policy. I was told that the cross cannot be returned because they had to arrange/source the cross from somewhere else. That was never disclosed to me before shipping. The seller should have disclosed that this was a non-returnable item. I am now out several hundred dollars for a cross that I cannot use or return. I will file a complaint with our state’s attorney general’s office of consumer protection

1 /5 Allissa McPhail: I bought the rings April 2021, got the rings,, tried on the rings,, and put them in our safe until or wedding.. On July 3 2021, we got married. I look at my ring and a diamond is missing, when my husband took it to get fixed b/c Midwest Jewellery did not respond to my email in July or pick up when I called customer services, MY RING WAS MISSING 3 DIAMONDS NOT ONE LIKE I THOUGHT!!! THE RING IS FIXED BUT NOT BECAUAW OF THE COMPANY. MY HUSBAND HAD TO LOOK ELSEWHERE AND PAY FOR THE DIAMONDS TO BE REPLACED. I called the company, I sent emails, and today 09/02/2021 I got a response of we will send you a shipping label and fix the issue.
