1 /5 Lee Worley: Horrible store. Price was listed above $5 but charged my 13 year old $17. Wouldn’t give her a receipt without a email. I explained it and was told “sorry I can’t do anything and no refunds on earrings” even though it JUST happened. I am local and shop the mall often but We will never be back.

1 /5 E Worthy: Shopped in company number 6408658 today, 04/24/25, located at Oglethorpe Mall in Savannah, GA. When I walked in there were 2 black ladies standing behind the desk at the cash register. As I walked in, the older girl whispered to her co-worker to “watch her, she might steal something.’ So as I approached the desk area, the younger girl was staring at me, so I glared back at her. Then she asked if she could help me, and I responded “no” as neither of them realized that I heard what she whispered. I had just entered the store and if I needed help, I would have asked. While they were so focused on me, they were not even watching the few white ladies in the store. I made a purchase because I liked the 5 products I selected. After my purchase (checked out by the younger girl) she didn’t even bother to say thank you. Considering I do not like to be racially profiled, you best believe that I will NEVER spend another penny in Lovisa and encourage others not to as well. Black people be warned, if you shop at this location you are subject to racial profiling by your own people. Shop where your dollars are appreciated.

1 /5 Miranda Hernandez: Let me start with the negative because that is all I have to say. I went with my sister and there was a sale on earrings and rings, it was 5 of each for $12. My sister was looking for earrings while I looked for rings, and there were many times I went to go ask the associate questions to ensure that we were choosing from the correct products. I saw the worker roll her eyes at me, but i ignored it because I wasnt about to make a scene, all we wanted was some new accessories. We looked for about 35 minutes (because we are picky with our things) and when we go to check out the first thing the cashier says to me is, "not all of these rings are part of the sale, these are regular price." I know she heard me ask about the sale items, she heard me say I was there for the ring sale, and yet she never thought to inform me that some items that were under the sale banner were not part of the sale? Horrible customer service, left all of the items and walked out.
