We moved back to St. Louis and my wife lost her favorite bracelet at a KISS concert. I called and talked to Debra, the manager there, to replace it. She was unbelievably helpfully. I told her what I was looking for and she sent me pictures of the bracelets available and many pictures of the beautiful stone clasps. She helped me find the perfect one, actually there were so many beautiful ones to pick from....I got two! Then she handled the paperwork and arranged for delivery and even took it to be delivered. Cant thank you enough Debra you helped make our 39th wedding anniversary one to remember.

Joseph Johnson Went in for a “yearly” watch battery replacement for last 10 years. On Sunday, 5:00p, salesman told me that they he couldn’t change my batteries because they don’t have a tool to do so. I have done this for 10 years or more. Started at the mall store years ago! Wow! It was a sales woman there also. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Went back to Kay’s jewelry store and the “Outstanding” service that was provided to me was on point! The sales lady greeted me as I entered the store. She actually took my watch to ensure they could or couldn’t do the requested task of changing batteries. They couldn’t and she directed/referred me to Battery Source who also provided outstanding service!!!! Kudos to the sales person who answered all my questions and concerns!!! A 360 from yesterday’s service!!! Today you was the Outstanding store I have known you to be, thanks! (5 stars) they didn’t know I was in there yesterday! Pure Good Service!

Stephanie Sanford Came across this boutique passing through the area! Cute boutique and had a pleasant experience while shopping. They had a sale in store and I bought an item and later regretted I didn’t buy more. I messaged them on Facebook and they were able to create an invoice and ship me out the other items I wished I had got while I was there. Great customer service! Would recommend this boutique!

Jake Andrews My fiancée and I have loved working with Laura. She helped us design an amazing engagement ring and then worked with us for wedding bands. While we just picked up the wedding bands, weve had the engagement ring for 10 months and have been very pleased with it. Laura was extremely helpful in working with us as we designed, with lots of specific preferences, a beautiful engagement ring. We had family diamonds set in the band, engraving on the sides, and a particular setting all within our budget. She is fun, knowledgeable, and seems to care deeply about the work she is doing.
