I recently had a vision on a custom ring I wanted made for my Birthday as a gift to myself and Midwest Jewelry brought my vision to life! I had a 14k 10.5 carat custom ring made and Frank took his time and made sure I was happy with the pre design before the ring went into production. It only took a few weeks and I must say this ring is the truth! I get many compliments and inquiries about where I had this ring made and I’m very proud to give them Franks name at Midwest Jewelry! Don’t get lost in the old reviews, take my word for it. Look at my ring! They were so cute I was going to buy one as it was, but Natalya was so sweet and mentioned that they did custom writing for the Gnome’s cap! Communication on pick up instructions were clear and timing was fairly flexible. Upon pickup, she even offered to wrap the gift for me, and it was beautiful!
