5 /5 Joseph Johnson: Went in for a “yearly” watch battery replacement for last 10 years. On Sunday, 5:00p, salesman told me that they he couldn’t change my batteries because they don’t have a tool to do so. I have done this for 10 years or more. Started at the mall store years ago! Wow! It was a sales woman there also. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
Went back to Kay’s jewelry store and the “Outstanding” service that was provided to me was on point! The sales lady greeted me as I entered the store. She actually took my watch to ensure they could or couldn’t do the requested task of changing batteries. They couldn’t and she directed/referred me to Battery Source who also provided outstanding service!!!! Kudos to the sales person who answered all my questions and concerns!!! A 360 from yesterday’s service!!! Today you was the Outstanding store I have known you to be, thanks! (5 stars) they didn’t know I was in there yesterday! Pure Good Service!
