Janine Carrington AB provided outstanding service to my husband and I while looking for a watch as a gift for my husband for our 2 year anniversary. He went as far as walking us to their other 2 locations in the mall to show us their many options and was very patient as he allowed my husband to try on many watches before finally narrowing it down to the one. Debbie Moore Art jewelry store surpassed our expectations. I worked with Brooke . She was so helpful planning a new bracelet for me reusing some diamonds from a pendant. The bracelet came out so unique and beautiful. We added pearls on each side of each diamond . It has a very classy and feminine look. I picked out a sturdy gold bracelet that they installed my diamonds & new pearls on. They also gave me credit for my gold toward this new design . I will definitely use all of these very wonderful honest people again . Can’t say enough about quality and customer service

I had the privilege to work with Jack, who has been working for 20+ years repairing and creating jewelry at this shop. He was classically trained in Turkey, and does amazing work! This shop was delightful - Matthew and his staff were so friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They were so pleasant in allowing you to try on pieces. They offered a nice selection of Detroit Shinola men’s and women’s watches and accessories. Stop in and meet them. Look at their beautiful pieces while you enjoy walking down by the river. R Groh I wanted to pay a complement to the three wonderful ladies working on a Saturday. We did not buy a single thing however they showed us such kindness that I would have bought out the entire store. They even offered my extremely tired toddler a balloon which he cherished.
