From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and immediately assisted with my concerns about my ring. I was anxious about the possibility of having a Moissanite or lab-grown diamond, but he took the time to educate me on the type of diamond I have. Brians extensive knowledge and years of experience in the jewelry business were truly impressive. Not only do they offer in-house appraisals, but they also have selection of bands to choose from at competitive prices - a significant savings of $200-$300 compared to other establishments Ive visited. George Champlin They are an excellent jewelry store. We have been there on a number of occasions to have jewelry repairs done and they have done an outstanding job. When I first went there I had them repair a gold chain which another jeweller messed up the repair by using solder which looked terrible. Their repair of the chain was invisible and we have used them many times due to the professional job which they do.

Ive had my pieces for over a year and they look just as amazing as they did the day I got them. My husband surprised me with a custom nameplate necklace with a pearl from Courtney that had my sweet babys name on it and truly is my most favorite piece of jewelry. World Star The only thing that bothered me was that the merchants said they can order something custom that I had asked for in advanced and then after paying half of the balance due, which was said to be the minimum before ordering, they said my item was unavailable. So now I have to choose something they already have with them in inventory... honestly for the same price or perhaps a even cheaper price, you can order and purchase a custom made jewelry with little to no wait at all, and have it shipped right to your door. Next time I will be ordering online. On the other hand, the best part about jewel time is there flexible payment plans on layaway... But other than that, it can be highly inconvenient to shop there. Unless you plan on small purchases that are gold plated or a big fan of 10k gold.
