We came in without an appointment and were serviced quickly - within two hours, we had decided upon my custom ring. She was able to work with our timeline and craft my dream ring in ~6 weeks. Along the way, Laura was very responsive and sent us updates with mock-ups of the ring and was able to adjust things remotely on the fly at our request. Pickup was very smooth and cant recommend this business enough. SO happy we went in-person and a smaller business fort this process. Looking forward to coming back for our wedding bands. Recently, my mother decided that she finally wanted to repair a snake ring that belonged to my late grandmother and had a missing precious stone. At Worthmore we were helped by Dan, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We explained the situation, he full examined the ring, and he gave his suggestions. He then helped us source a replacement stone to have set in the ring. Dan promptly provided me with a cost estimate, which was very fair, and the work, a few weeks later, was completed within that estimate. I highly recommend Worthmore for all of your jewelry needs.
