DarShun Watson Customer service was great. I had a watch that needed links taken out and a new battery service was quick. I really like that the store is not as busy so you can really take a lot of time to search for what you are looking for.. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!!

As soon as I stepped in the store and explained the mishap Ms. Carrie got to work and worked her magic. I was able to walk out of the store with my gift same day.
