She constantly follows up, listens carefully to your style and needs, and recommends the perfect Rolex accordingly. The wait time for the watch was surprisingly short compare my expectation. And she even added a thoughtful little surprise when I finally received my dream timepiece. Sophia never overpromises—she’s honest, dedicated, and truly goes above and beyond to make the whole shopping experience exceptional. I’ll absolutely be recommending her to all my friends!
