I was diagnosed with Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis in May 2024 affecting my hands with larger knuckles and unable to get my wedding set over them. We purchased our wedding sets from Keith in 2021 and stopped by to see what our options were for me to once again be able to wear my rings. . Billy WENT TO WORK and created this wonderful adjustable inside to my rings that will allow me to now wear my wedding set that adjusts to the daily changes of my ring finger. Keith is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with and very personable. Keiths store is inviting and has a large selection to shop from ,no matter your needs. Billy also created a pendant from my mothers wedding set. Hope Martz We LOVE this Helzberg location! They’ve helped us with everything from purchases to repairs to custom pieces. I’ll never trust a different jeweler with any of my business- they always come back flawlessly. We recently moved to Charlotte but still make the 4 hour drive to see Caroline and Jim for all our jewelry needs! The store might sell the “I am loved” collection, but these staff members will truly make you feel as such.

Lynette Maton This past June, my husband and I celebrated 40 years of marriage. When he proposed, he sold his prized possession - his 1977 Firebird with T-tops, to buy me a diamond. Seven years later, he gave me the ring jacket with 7 diamonds on each side for our anniversary. (first photo) The diamond never lost its brilliance, but the ring design was dated, heavy, sharp and uncomfortable and Ive wanted to change it up for a long time. After looking for a jeweler who would work with me to create a unique ring using the stones in my existing set, I chose JWO Jewelers in Roswell. Today, I got my new ring. Reset from yellow gold to white gold, the diamonds shine with a brilliance I didnt know they could have. Many thanks to Heidi and Krist who worked together to bring this plan to fruition.
