However, recently I had a rough spot develop on my diamond, and went to Blackwell’s to have the ring looked at. They ground out the rough spot and polished it for me, and despite not having been there in 5+ years, they did not charge me for that service. The customer service was exemplary. I will make it a point to use their business in the future, and will encourage others to do so as well. A+ experience,

Their attention to detail produced a high quality result that also preserved the intricate details of the vintage ring. We went in to pick out our wedding bands and the staff members were so helpful. They assisted us in picking husband’s ring and then made a custom band to fit my engagement ring. The custom band, although new, matches the style of the heirloom ring so well. Our rings were ready within a month of us placing the order. They took such great care of us during our wedding season and we look forward to working with them in the future for all of our jewelry needs!
