1 /5 Jennifer Xavier: I came on here to read the reviews because I was just treated horribly in Shoe Gallery. I went in a few months ago and was hoping it was a one time thing… nope!!! They were just as horrible today! I walked in at 5:45 to quickly look. Not even try on. I was aware they closed at 6. When I walked in the lady tapped at her watch like I was some child. I told her I know and was going to do a lap around the store. I left at 5:54 and she slammed and locked the door behind me. A guy in the parking lot pulled up and tried to get in but the doors were locked at 5:54. I will now only go in to try on shoes and order online. They lost 2 customers today (me and the guy trying to get in). Teen workers have better attitudes than these old ladies following me around a shoe store.
