Jennifer at Rox Jewelers not only removed the extra link, but also adjusted the design so the bracelet stayed perfectly symmetrical. The result looks flawless, fits exactly right, and the turnaround was incredibly fast. Jennifer’s care and attention made the whole experience even better. Hannah was wonderful to work with too. She cheered on my impulsive watch purchase and made it fun, and they removed the extra links right away so I walked out with a perfectly fitted watch. She also helped me find a dog tag necklace that has become a favorite. Both experiences were seamless, and the service throughout was outstanding. Rox Jewelers goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.
